Approx. 205m2 / house designed in 1920`s by architects Lars Sonck and Elias Paalanen / The house is located in so called ”Sonck`s block” in Helsinki, which is a famous example of the 1920’s Nordic classicist style.

 

In this charming project MINIMO was requested to design the floor plan in co-operation with HVAC-, electrical and construction engineers and to take care of the build permit. The plan with over 200 m2 was divided into 4 different size apartments: one with 3 rooms plus kitchen, two with two rooms plus kitchen and one with one room and the kitchen. The clients wanted to respect the original architecture and interior atmosphere. The apartments were made as spacious as possible and suitable to be furnished with both classical and modern materials, colors and furniture.
